Wyndham City Council is the governing body of the City of Wyndham on the south-western fringe of Melbourne in Victoria, Australia. The city covers 542 square kilometres and has a population of 270,478 in 2019.
In 2019, the City of Wyndham became a UNESCO Learning City. Wyndham City Council strongly believes learning is fundamental to the future wellbeing, prosperity, and sense of belonging for the people of Wyndham. With the Wyndham Learning Community Strategy 2018 - 2023 as the driver, Council is positioning Wyndham as a pivot for innovation, change, and resilience in an increasingly complex and ambiguous world.

Melton City Council is the governing body of the City of Melton on the western fringe of Melbourne in Victoria, Australia. The city covers 528 square kilometres and is one of the fastest growing municipalities in the country with a population of 173,072 in 2019.
In 2014, the City of Melton became the first UNESCO Learning City in Australia. Since then, Council has recognised the importance of lifelong learning as a key to developing green, healthy, equitable and inclusive communities, providing opportunities for meaningful employment and entrepreneurship. In turn, this makes our community more resilient, adaptable, more skilled and able to take advantage of opportunities.
